"Happy birthday auntie Sue. You would have been 61 today. Not a day goes by where I don't think of you. You were my favorite and will always be. I miss you a lot and wish I could celebrate your special day with you. But you're not here anymore. I love you always. Happy birthday again. "

"Thompson?McKay. I cannot tell you how many times over the years that I’ve thought, “Wait until I tell Sue this!” You are loved, remembered and cherished daily my friend. And missed more than you could know."

"Somehow today lead me here!? I think about you a lot, especially when I walk Lucy. I wish I could go back in time, but I can't. We miss you Susan, more than you'll even know...or maybe you do know? Things have changed a lot since you left and I try my best to not be sad; as there is so much good to remember. American Idol went off the air.... but we still have the Bachelor!!!! I love you Susan and you're always with us, so dont worry! It's all OK."

"Words cannot express the sadness felt at reading of Susan\'s passing. Though many years have passed since we met at Platinum Fitness, thoughts of Susan & Richard have surfaced from time to time. Richard, please know my thoughts and prayers are with you during this difficult time."

"We are so sorry to hear about Susan. We haven\\\\\\\'t heard from Susan for a while, but Brownie was just talking the other day about a lovely dinner we had at Susan and Richard\\\\\\\'s home. Susan and I talked about the endless summer days as children playing \\\\\\\"Barbie Queen of the Prom\\\\\\\" and then Susan came over and we played a couple of games. She was such a fun, smart and sweet person. Richard, Pat and Judy please know you are in our prayers. Much love, Brownie, Sharon, Bob and Jan."

"Susan\'s Family. We at Best Friends of Big Sisters were so sad to hear of the death of dear Susan. We are planning on having a get together with Best Friends on June 2, 2010 celebrating 20 years of this wonderful organization that Suan was part of as a Charter Member along with her mother and Grandmother. I remember Susan bringing me a wedding gift from her mother who was so sick at the time.. But Susan had the time to do those small wonderful things. She will be greatly missed. Janet"
